Easter Egg Wreath

I am loving this years version of my Easter Egg Wreath! I am so ready for spring and Easter. We got a glimpse of the sun yesterday and it felt so good to sit outside. I found these cute speckled eggs at the Target Dollar Spot last week for $1 a bag…yes $1 so, hurry run to your Target as it may already be sold out!  They had adorable Easter Décor for cheap! If you don’t find any of these cute speckled eggs you can always use regular plastic eggs like I did on last years Easter Egg Wreath.

Supplies: Grapevine Wreath, Reindeer Moss, plastic Easter Eggs, Burlap Ribbon and hot glue gun.

I got my grapevine wreath  and burlap ribbon at Wal-mart when I got all the stuff for my Spring Candles and Moss Topiaries. Speckled Easter Eggs came from Target and this particular Reindeer Moss came from the dollar store. You can use any kind of moss you like or have on hand.

I put hot glue on in sections and patted the moss on all the way around the wreath.

Then I started with the bigger eggs and randomly glued them around the wreath.  I glued the smaller ones in between the bigger eggs.

I used the Burlap Ribbon roll from my Spring Candles to tie a bow and a piece to hang it from the top of the door.

That’s it! Took me less than 30 minutes to complete my Easter Egg Wreath and around $10 which is a great price for a cute wreath these days. Have you priced wreaths? They are expensive and not nearly this cute half the time!

It is not even the end of February and I have my Easter Wreath hanging out…I guess I am just slightly dreaming of spring to come early this year!
