Valentine Heart Topiaries

How cute are these Valentine Heart Topiaries? So cute in my book! My fun friend who came to my craft day let me come over and take a few pictures of her Valentine Mantel and Valentine Heart Topiaries she made this week.

They are super easy to make and I will be heading to the store to make a few of these this week for a Women’s Group Lunch I am hosting on Wednesday!

Supplies for these adorable Felt Heart Topiaries include:

Felt, Styrofoam Cone, Straight Pins and Dollar Store Heart Picks

Cut out felt using my super easy heart felt cutting instructions that I used for my Valentine Heart Felt Garland.  Pin the hearts upside down at the point of the heart by starting at the bottom of the cone working your way around and all the way to the top. Attach the heart to the top!  So many shapes, colors and sizes you could do for different Holiday’s!

She also spray painted some glass candle sticks white for the bases of her topiaries.  She got all the supplies including the candlesticks at Wal-Mart except for the Heart Picks from the Dollar Store.

I am just loving her Be Mine Banner she made at my house!

My friends house is just adorable and I snuck a few other pictures to show you of her Dinning Room that she has decorated that is just simply beautiful. We both love going to each other’s houses and admire each others décor yet, we are bored of our own stuff and feel our own houses are blah…ever feel that way. Stay tuned for more of her cute house…

Chevron Kindle & Camera Strap Cover

I gave some pizazz to my Kindle Fire Case and my DSLR Camera strap by making slip covers with Chevron Fabric.

I love my Kindle Fire. It fits great in my purse and I can read my favorite book The Child Whisperer, connect and follow up with Pinterest or Facebook and it keeps bored kids entertained with a game why we sit and wait in carpool lines or sporting events for their older Sisters.

Printed Burlap Pennant Banner

I was so excited learning how to print on Burlap with my computer printer when I made my Homemade Burlap Print that I decided to keep creating that day and made a Burlap Pennant Banner.  I choose the word LOVE for Valentines Day but, I plan to make more for different Holidays and you could adapt the method for Holiday’s, Birthday’s, Wedding’s, Baby Shower’s and personalizing any bedroom decor.
